They are retained for a period of 2 days for security reasons, in order to enable the investigation of security breaches and malicious attacks. The legal basis for processing the data is the existence of a legitimate interest by our website, according to article 6 par. 1 f’ of the General Data Protection Regulation, in order to enable your access to the website. It should be noted that the website uses analysis and targeting cookies as analyzed below, in particular in Section 4 and the Cookies Policy.

By sending written requests / questions and communication to our clinic, the subject declares that the information he/she has used during the communication/sending of his/her message is true and accurate and that he/she has not used personal data or any information of a third party natural or legal person.
The user of the website is solely responsible for the content he/she sends to our clinic and assumes all responsibility and the reparation of any kind of damage caused by his/her illegal behavior.
Communication and sending messages to our practice is governed by the Terms of Use of this website.
Types of data collected and processed when communicating with our practice
The data collected by our office in this context are:

d) subject and content of the message
The legal basis for processing is, on the one hand, the consent of the subject, who voluntarily sends his requests / questions through the relevant technical options of our practice’s website, and on the other hand, the legitimate interest of our practice for the purpose of answering / responding to the request / question submitted by the user of the website.
3. Data retention period
The personal data of our website users are not retained for an indefinite period of time but for a period determined based on specific criteria as analyzed below.
This data is retained for the period of time that the communication and / or professional / contractual relationship between us lasts and is required for the purpose of processing.

4.3.2 Google maps
On our website, we use maps from Google LLC., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway Mountain View, CA 94043, USA.

5. Rights of data subjects

b) Right to rectification (Article 16)
The data subject shall have the right to obtain from the controller without undue delay the rectification of inaccurate personal data concerning him or her. Taking into account the purposes of the processing, the data subject shall have the right to obtain the completion of incomplete personal data, including by means of a supplementary statement.
c) Right to erasure (Article 17)
The data subject shall have the right to obtain from the controller the erasure of personal data concerning him or her without undue delay and the controller shall have the obligation to erase personal data without undue delay, where this is feasible in accordance with the specific terms and conditions set out in Article 17 of Regulation 679/2016.
d) Right to restriction of processing (Article 18)
The data subject shall have the right to obtain from the controller the restriction of processing where this is feasible in accordance with the specific terms and conditions set out in Article 18 of Regulation 679/2016.
e) Right to information (Article 19)
The controller shall communicate any rectification or erasure of personal data or restriction of processing carried out in accordance with Article 16, Article 17(1) and Article 18 to each recipient to whom the personal data have been disclosed, unless this proves impossible or involves a disproportionate effort. The controller shall inform the data subject of those recipients if the data subject so requests.
f) Portability rights (Article 20)
The data subject shall have the right to receive the personal data concerning him or her, which he or she has provided to a controller, in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, and shall have the right to transmit those data to another controller without objection from the controller to whom the personal data have been provided, where: a) the processing is based on consent pursuant to Article 6(1)(a) or Article 9(2)(a) of Regulation 679/2016 or on a contract pursuant to Article 6(1)(b) and b) the processing is carried out by automated means.
g) Right to withdraw consent (Article 7(3))
The data subject shall have the right to withdraw his or her consent at any time. The withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal. Before giving consent, the data subject is informed about it. Withdrawing consent is as easy as giving it.

7.1 Security Protocol:

The databases connected to its website are located on a server of a company providing relevant services within the EU. The passwords are kept in encrypted form. Our clinic selects persons with corresponding professional qualifications who provide sufficient guarantees in terms of technical knowledge and personal integrity for maintaining confidentiality. We have taken special measures to bind our staff and external partners who process personal data to confidentiality through written contracts. Our staff has received the necessary information and training on personal data protection issues and are committed to complying with the security policies implemented by our company.
8. This Website is addressed to adults and minors over fifteen years of age. If the Visitor declares that he is a minor under 15 years of age, the field related to the collection of consent will not be accessible.
